That wouldn't get him banned on Mineverse. You guys have very weird rules against hackers. They need antikb or to be flying to get banned. Hell, most of the time you don't even ban for aim assist or kill aura anymore.

We do ban quite a few closet cheaters, we just want to be sure we're banning somebody who is hacking and not just having lag or something such as that.

A lot of the reason some reports take a while is because we like to ask for opinions from other mods, so that we're not false banning somebody or closing a report on somebody who isn't legit.

Yes, we get it wrong sometimes, yes, a lot of us have differing opinions, but that's the reason we do things as a team and not just as one person.

I don't quite get why people make threads like this honestly, I mean for one it's obviously accomplishing nothing, it's like complaining about a false ban but never making an appeal because "oH wEll iTl jUsT gEt dEniEd cAuSe yAll ArE aBuSivE", and for two, it's simply not that logical.

A lot of these people who make threads like this are just one person saying that so and so is a bad mod, even though he's basically talking about the whole team, and I can guarantee you the response to taht is simply "well you're all bad"

Which is why threads like this never go anywhere, anytime I see a thread like this I think "oh it's just somebody salty their report / appeal got closed" , if people really want somebody banned, maybe start by actually making a report, explaining what he's doing / timestamps, and if it gets denied and you really think he's hacking, message one of us asking why.

 

He didn't make this tread to start any drama or get someone banned. He made this thread to show us, players, that he cheats so we can avoid him when we're playing. Personally I've always thought that the guy cheats but I don't have good enough fps to report or call him out, this video just showed me that he does definitely cheat.

However, I do agree that Mike is acting a tad bit salty in his posts other than the first post.

 

all those words and none of it matters, just look at the report i linked and realize what the problem is, you need to teach the mods what hacks look like because some of them really dont know.

 

Jarquisha does usually get around 200-300 ping but he was 5 blocking every hit so he definitely has some sort of reach

yea he uses the ping as an excuse, but hes far worse on practice servers

 

If you want me to look at stuff, maybe you should do some looking too and actually read what sando said in his reply.

 

yeah how about you recruit another 20 people for staff. that'll prolly fix it only for a week.

 

I think the reason they are extra careful with reach reports is cause a lot of people including me and you Everam used to get banned lots of times for reach falsely.

 

i think a lot of the mods know what reach looks like. it’s simply a hit over 3 blocks. the hard thing is, people playing on different fovs and backing up makes it difficult to tell. the mods try their hardest. if you want to make a difference, apply.
