Hello im SmogX and im VIP on the server and a got a alt who is Bst and he is titan rank but i download badlion client yesterday and its like Badlion deleted my account from mojang because when i try to logged on now its not working its say wrong password or email and it appen with a other alt in the past with badlion client too and i try to redownload all but still not working so what can i do?
Not sure if this will help but this kinda happened to me once and all I had to do was the “forgot your password” thing and change my password.
Oh. Um maybe try contacting Mojang. If you bought the account from someone they may have changed the password.
Well If you don't have the email someone could have most likley hacked the account and changed the email :(
@SmogX I’m sorry to hear about your account. I realize this thread is old and has been inactive for months, but unfortunately losing access to your account isn’t necessarily something the Mineverse staff can help you with. I would suggest, if this is still an issue of course, you try and do the following. Find the email attached to the account and request a password change. If the email has changed/your account was hacked there is still a chance to recover it if you have proof of purchase from when you bought your account. Likely still in your email or the email that bought the account. If it’s a shared account then maybe the original owner decided to change the credentials and unfortunately there’s nothing else you can do. I’ll be closing this.
