Implemented Change youtuber tag colour

    I keep thinking @Porky is an admin. Also, make moderator colour have a higher priority.

    For the developer:
    Youtuber is style10 in css
    admin is style11

    They are now vastly different! I'm presuming MJ changed the admin tag!
