What it is: Basically its the /vote command you do in kitpvp which gives you /kit tempest for 6 hours

What it could give you: I think it should give you the ability to do world edit for about 30 mins or so

 

I'm pretty sure voting on creative gives you access for 6 hours, it's not necessary.

 

How do I install world edit though

 

You dont xD just go on creative and do //help for the basic world edit commands

 

all I can do is //on and //off

 

Well you dont realy need /vote on creative, you dont got anything to realy use

 

Nvm sorry, i tried it yesterday and it wouldnt work for me, i think i was just lagging. If a mod could close this thread that would be great :D
