Support Nice guy in game, trustworthy for the position. The only negative that I can see is the inactivity in the forums, report section specifically.
Both to be honest, but you can prove me wrong as soon as I see more accurate reports and such I will change to a support, best of luck
I'll have to go with neutral. I've seen you in game and you seem incredibly nice, but from what sniff said im on the fence. I wish you good luck though!!!
no support, you seem to no life skyblock and not play a lot of op pvp which are where all the hackers are present. the last thing this server needs is another inactive moderator who gets on op pvp for a few minutes a day and logs off.
Thank you for you feedback @hannah! I do like to play Skyblock because of the friendly community there, and I was more focused on it recently. However, I do like to play other servers especially OpPvp.
I play a lot of skyblock and would like to say I think there aren't enough mods. There aren't as many blatent hackers, the hackers on sb are a lot more stealthy and it takes someone who really knows skyblock to catch them. Also some players have vulgar language that needs to be kept in check and mostly goes unnoticed due to innactive mods. The last thing I want is another mod who only plays op pvp and logs onto skyblock for a minute and then logs off.
I can most definitely agree with you. A moderator should dedicate an equal amount of time to each game mode. Inactive moderators are the last thing this server needs.
@Nautical_Nate @Eric Stellar I totally agree! This is one reason why I applied because there is usually a moderator always on OpPvp but other servers deserve attention too. Thats why as potentially a future moderator I think it is important to give other servers attention as well.
@Nautical_Nate what do you mean stealthy hackers? how do you hack in skyblock? @TurtleKeeper22 if you can answer this question i’ll change my opinion
There are lots of mods that can give you advantages compared to an ordinary member. Fastbreak: Allows you to break blocks at an exceptionally fast rate Fasteat: Allows you to eat certain foods at an exceptionally fast rate Fastplace: Allows you to place blocks at an exceptionally fast rate The three main ones above generally enhance your ability to complete your island faster compared to an ordinary member. Also other mods like Speed, Spiderwalk, and sometimes even Kill aura (used to defeat mobs - excellent way of afk farming but is considered cheating) can give you an advantage. There is a whole spectrum for modifications and hacker clients, so overall it is possible to hack on skyblock. Sorry for answering your question I’m just genuinely bored atm.
@hannah, @Eric Stellar basically answered most of the question. However, you can get a client to allow you to fly which is hard to tell now since people can buy it from the store. And people also find duplication glitches and can abuse that to make money fast. This makes the game unfair to players who do not hack and gives a huge advantage over others.
Well yes that is true, but people still find ways to do it. Eventually, they will come out with a new way. XD
yeah i’m sorry i still can’t support this. the majority of bans are on the pvp servers. the majority of bans that happen on skyblock are scamming and advertising reports which don’t happen that often. however, im not saying that the hacks you mentioned aren’t happening. rather if you’re a mod that plays skyblock significantly more than the pvp servers you won’t be an effective mod the server needs by banning the 2 people a week that scam and advertise on skyblock.
i know that. but the only times i’ve seen you on pvp servers are at a few minutes at a time. i’m not saying you won’t be a good mod. but what i am saying is that you aren’t what the server needs. the server needs moderators who are active on the pvp servers which are toxic and filled with hackers.
