I tried to be prepared for a clan fight me and my friend were going to have, but stupid me decided to jump out of spawn and try to pvp a few people. that's when a sharp 40 literally erased me from the game.

I like how you joined the website, on the 1st April 2019, now the 14th, you waited exactly 2 weeks to apply, and within 2 weeks you only just got your 50 messages posted.

I don’t think mineverse needs any more 14 year old mods either - speaking of which, using big words don’t make your application stand out, neither do big fonts (learnt the hard way), also makes you look kinda cringe, you need to remember that the majority of the server are under the age of 16 and won’t know what the words mean, looks like you googled all your words - May go to a private school but they wouldn’t teach you to read/write like that 24/7.

Does look like you copied and pasted - given your age and how it’s written. Not accusing, just looks like it.

I also like how you just casually “advertised” in your application too, that may not go down too well.

I’m not going to argue or fight with you, just giving pointers that may help you.
Regardless of how eager you are, I believe you posted your application too soon. Some moderators or past moderators have been here since 2014 and have over 1000 messages.

Being completely honest I still believe that people should be registered on the website for over a year with 500+ messages and be well-known within the server to even consider being a mod.

 

I completely understand, but just to add some sprinkles to the cupcake. I've been here in mineverse since 2014.

Also, my intentions weren't to inflict an argument.

I thought you were a moderator for other communities. Weren't you beneficial there?

And as for your vocabulary, diction, etc. I think you should understand that though such words look impressive, they really only inhibit communication between you and you reader. You should write simply. Remember, there's little kids on this forums. Do you think that they could evaluate your application?

For me, it's a No Support. I think you had the right idea with this application, but it just doesn't really work with the community.

2. I can verify I am indeed 14 on discord, and if you want I’ll even give you my grade for English studies this quarter.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. Other servers would almost 1,000 players playing average that I volunteered at tolerated absolute professionalism. I sort of thought this server also tolerated and required a sense of professionalism when applying. I understood incorrectly..

Lol that reminds me of something funny, the schooling system that I was in before I left, we had English Studies, it was a non ATAR and was for the kids who need proper help with English and or those who don’t care about English. Another thing - not many people would be impressed that a 14 year old is good at English, especially on social media.

Also I suggest not bumping your application every hour, or posting on your app after every comment, wait a day or so, a few pointers from past experiences.
