Before someone calls me a hypocrite, I would just like to say I have only used the strength pots once or twice since I've found out about it. Let's just say it's too OP. Especially with hackers. I've recently encountered two hackers with Sharp 25's and some strength pots. I was killed in within 3 hits. It's quite frustrating to get killed in 3 hits and not have a chance to actually pvp that person. Long story short, please remove the brewing stands.
It is there to stay, this is an old topic and Cypriot already said that it is called op for a reason and isn't being removed. I suggest using them too

Potions were not added. Players found a loophole into making them and for their ingenuity they should not be punished. This is how the game is set up.

I understand if that's how the game is set up, but before they were even not aloud. It should stay that way.
Ok first off you are one negative rate against me from a rate abuse infraction. Also before you go rating dislikes and posting please make sure you know what you are talking about. First, this isn't about factions. Second, this isn't about item duplication nor is there any item duplication happening.. :L Third, I understand you may dislike what I said but don't get mad at me when I am not the one who made the decision, I only am here to enforce the rules. Fourth, rating my post dumb.. was dumb. Your post of saying titans should get /kill is dumb in itself because that makes no sense to add as it no longer becomes PVP, which is what it the game type is about. Potions are an enhancement in minecraft. They make you overpowered. That is why it is called OP (OverPowered) Pvp, hence all of the overpowered items in the kits. No where in the rules does it state that they are not allowed. The co owner has made it clear that they are here to stay. You will have to learn to deal with it.

Excuse me for not being able to quote, I'm new. This is what I was trying to get at with my original comment, clearly you failed to interpret this. With strength II and a sharpness 30 sword it no longer becomes PVP if players are getting 3-4 hit kills, hence the sarcastic comment of adding /kill to Titans. The reason I also said "so you guys allow duplication glitches in the faction world?" was because you said that using your ingenuity as a player in Minecraft is a good way to find loopholes, which would therefore mean duplicating in factions/op pvp/ or any of the servers you offer here on Mineverse would be a good idea which I believe it isn't, and the basic rule against exploiting glitches backs this idea up. I don't think they should be removed.. Yes they make it OP. Oh wait it's called OP-PVP. *Minds blown* And I do see the issue of hackers using pots. But I Personally Have not seen any reports on this so far. And for the people that think this is a report no, it is a ''Suggestion'' Final opinion~ I think they should stay but be less easy to get so that the chances of hackers gaining these will go down.
