Disagree. IOS has an amazing user interface. It's clean and simple to use. Both Apple and Android specs are identical. Android is slightly better on paper, but in use, there isn't much of a difference. Apple has an amazing customer service team. With iPhone 5 there was a problem with the home and power buttons. They decided to fix these problems free of charge, even without a warranty. They're still offering to fix them for FREE 6 years after release. I took my phone in to fix the home button, instead of just fixing it, they completely replaced the shell and gave me a new screen just because the manager was in a good mood. They saved me £100 it would have cost to get it fixed independently.
IOS interface is simple and not bad, but for IOS you can't really customize it unlike android. That being said, both seem to be great. Here in the US, I don't think we get that kind of customer service, so you might be just very lucky
You are lucky, Apple normally makes you buy a whole new phone if your outside you warranty period. The only reason why people buy apple products is because they are stuck in the apple ecosystem. Ever since Steve Jobs passed, apple has only been caring about profit margins instead of customer satisfaction. Apple has become a huge meme now.
Apple only assembles their parts and phones in their own facilities. Companies like Samsung don't assemble their phones themselves, but rather have other non-company-owned facilities do it under a contract. They buy their parts from multiple sources as well. As a result, the quality isn't as good or as consistent as an iphone's. The main issue i have against androids is that they deteriorate quickly. They might be as good or better than an iphone upon purchasing, but will not be able to maintain peak performance over time.
lmaoo my friend got the S7 in 2016 too and tried to flex on me. The phone was a few months old and it legit took 30 seconds to load clash of clans, such a joke tbh.
I used to have an iPhone 4s thats battery went after 3 years of owning it. Apple finds every which way to cheap out on so they can increase their profit margins. My mom owned a 5s that still is working as well as when it launched.

So many people think apple is the best of the best, Only if they knew the truth. I own a s7 and it does not take 30 secs to open anything.
