Be able to PVP yourself while clan PVP is off

Even though you're in a clan and clan PVP is turned off, you should still be able to shoot yourself with an arrow while sprinting to travel long distances.

I hate being in clans that I'm not the leader of because pretty sure when the leader leaves the game the clan pvp automatically gets turned off meaning for other players in the clan it's impossible for them to bow boost or do anything. However, I don't think this would be possible because then you could just be shooting your clan members which is basically clan pvp on.
