This is a insufficient reason to no support him. You need to base it off real factors, you cannot tell him no support since he was a Moderator in the past. I'm not sure you know what Re-Application means. Anyways everyone is entitled to their own opinion so what am I to say.

• Is this player mature?
• What's the players background? (Bans, warnings, so on)
• How experienced is this player?
