What do you mean you can't buy ranks?

 

First of all caps on all words is bae and it's only my alt account personally since no one replied to my post i just got jguns to msg sparky to get cyp or noob to fix it. I basically go to the store and try to buy a rank for my alt and it says "you are not allowed to purchase this"

To fix this problem you will need to create a support ticket which is the fastest way an admin can contact you and fix this issue. Click here or https://www.mineverse.com/support-tickets/ for the support tickets and just create one they will get back to you ASAP.

This could be caused by u being ban from the store. This ban can be issued by a Enterprise Account on buycraft. Or if u chargedback.

 

@Murays correct, chargebacks result in a Ban from purchasing all items, I do not thing he has been banned for chargeback as that will result in him not being able to access the store for refunding an item.
