just let them play on their alt as long as they don't break the rules, it's kind of sh**ty that you could possibly never play on a server again (which happened w me and hypixel so now I may or may not be ban evading from them xd)

imagine a smart boi who signed up on fastalts and has lots of alts, would you really want that kid ban evading?

Support, because if not all mods can ip check its pointless the rule being there anyway

 

Anyone can get a ton of free alts. I have 80+ and I was permanently IP banned from the lobby the other day.

But guess what? I still play in-game.

 

Ban evading is when you make another account to use to get in the server, while you're still banned. And, all the accounts that you've evaded with will get banned too- found this on google

@Chain This obviously won't apply to perm bans, will it? As the point of a perm ban is to not really teach a lesson but get them off the server forever since they won't learn.

 

Why not? It's clearly useless in permanent ban situations too.

 

While yes, in some cases (like yours :c) it doesn't work, it does in others.

As I said, you were saying one of the reasons is that most can learn the lesson on their main and if they break rules on the alt they'll just get banned there too.

But in the case of a perm ban it's more of get them off the server as they won't learn from their mistakes.

 

You cannot remove someone from the server if they do not wish to be removed and are determined enough to stay.
