You can always reopen your support ticket by replying on it (if the staff member who closed your ticket didn't permanently close it). As for your issue, it might be because your PEX is set as a rank you might have, and not the OP Prison rank you should have. That is most likely the cause of the problem, and would need you* or a staff member to fix your PEX and reset you to Rank A or the rank you might have previously had (providing a screenshot of it). If you might not have a rank, then I have no idea what your issue could be. Hopefully this can help summarize the issue. *If there isn't any rankup fix signs near spawn, then you will need a staff to fix the issue (an admin).
@Ordi i tried the fix signs and they didnt work on op prison it shows me in a. and on regular prison it just wont let me rankup
The fix signs on op prison do the wrong thing. They break your player, not fix it. The fix signs need fixing. Also should put a notice to hold shift (sneak) to open the crates. Sign on the wall or holo on crates or something. everyone always thinks the keys are broken first time.
