      To everyone basing their opinions off of not enough reports- remember, reports aren’t mandatory for applying for staff. That’s what really makes me mad. You can be the one person with the potential to be an amazing staff member; like being kind, outgoing, and an overall helpful person in and out of the game. Though, you get dragged for not doing as many reports as they would specifically like you to do.
      REPORTS. DONT. MAKE. THE. WORLD. GO. ROUND. PEOPLE.
      I’m done with my rant, now onto my conclusions.

      You were an alright staff member then, but what I saw and I can conflict with, is that you didn’t really engage as much with the players as I would prefer you would. Don’t make it seem like you’re doing it for the title, like many do, but to do it for the players and out of the kindness of your heart.

      Another dilemma I have with you, is your ability to be active. Now, I have been on mineverse this past week about a total of 5 times, ranging from 3-6 hours depending if I’m busy or not. Sometimes during the day, sometimes during the night. (I never ******* sleep, so...) and I have yet to see you on, and I certainly don’t believe it’s the time zones as I’m on ranging throughout the day.

      Now, I have one question for you, and no, it’s not me asking you if you can do more reports.
      Do you believe in all fairness, that you can sustain more activity, and to engage with players more than what you have portrayed to me and or the rest of the server?

      "Staff hunting" doesn't matter. It's not a problem with the community. It's completely irrelevant. For your info, I was on there BC my IRL friend runs it. Also, who told you I was demoted? I resigned.
