(+) Personally I think you are a respectable, mature and kind person.
(+) Have been playing Mineverse for a while now (Knows the community)

Here are some improvements that I think you should try working on;

(-) Try doing more reports and becoming more active in game to show your dedication and commitment.
(-) Maybe try work on behaviour a bit, some of the proof is a bit old and it is possible that you could of changed though.

Overall I wish you the very best of luck towards getting the position as you would make a great staff member,
