Along with having developed and exhibited authoritative and leadership skills, I have also improved myself through social interaction and conversation. With the said experience I have gained and verbal affirmations received from members of different online communities, I feel confident to proclaim that my ability to spread positive energy to those whom I associate with whether through the public commission of my subordinates, those who I consider my friends, and as well as my superiors. I intend to and strive through the manners in which I express myself subconsciously to be an example to everyone who I come across. Part of joining the Mineverse community was more than just an opportunity to become mod. Rather, in becoming mod, I hope to improve the already existing prosperity of the server (which rerouted my attention initially) and bring about the amalgamation of the community, the restoration of contentment, and the subjugation of adversity which is always present. However, I must admit that I lost as to how to provide an elucidating answer to this question. Therefore, through my actions and time here in the Mineverse community I plan to exhibit what I offer to the server as opposed to mere words. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have a great amount of experience being staff on both HydraNetwork and Vexir; two very different servers. I have learned all of the Commands so I consider myself very efficient at performing tasks. Hydra was the biggest server that I was staff on so I have adapted to interacting and monitoring a larger community. As for Vexir, it was the second server that I become a moderator on. Although I struggled in the beginning, I soon gained the experience needed to perform proficiently. In almost everything that I do, I try to perform as best and effectively as possible. The same applies here on this server. I do not want to be a moderator because I want to be in a position of power and gain some commanding prerogative. Rather, I have grown an appreciation for this server having played for months now with my friends. Therefore, I seek to become a part of the iconic community by participating in the staff team by helping to manage aspects of the server where need be. I comprehend the difficulty and responsibility required to be a moderator and I feel it say to say I have the maturity and discipline to become a moderator of this Server. With the aforementioned experience earned, I have learned critical attributes such as patience, cooperation with both my peers and subordinates, levelheadedness in situations that could arouse anger, and fairness to both my friends and strangers. Forums: I was banned on forums for a couple of days after I resigned because of some of the things I said to another player. Unfortunately, those things I said are going to stick with me forever. I cannot change the past, but I have changed within the 4 years I've gotten to take time and mature. There's a big age difference and I hope to prove to the community that I have become mature.
