This is a plugin with the player vault plugin itself; the developer has not released any updates since 2016 and then decided that it should be a premium plugin and is now charging people for it. Unfortunately we can't change plugins because everyone's vault would be cleared; we'd only be able to do this with a reset or an upgrade to the paid plugin (I can tell you this won't happen :/). The only way for me to fix your player vault is by clearing it. If you have videos or screenshots I can compensate you for those items.

No. I can only compensate items you have screenshots of when it is cleared or I don't clear it at all.
