I agree and I think it aught to be like pets with anyone at a certain rank and above can have the perm, so not quite Premiums but later ranks. Also I don't see how'd it really harm anyone as long as they couldn't change their name.

Neutral. I think Titans should be able to change the colour of their name, not the actual rank colour.
