Nanurz was a forum moderator for a period of time but Cypriot removed the rank as he didn't like the rank. He also denied an application in the moderator section because of how it was a forums moderator application and he stated he didn't want the rank at the time it was posted. I doubt the opinion has changed. Also, the moderators already have access to a good majority of perms on the forums that should be able to help any issues so I don't think this should really be implemented. It's a no support from me.
