Add the option to create a poll in the comments of a thread
Uses:

• People adding on to a thread and looking for suggestions in specific options
• Better would you rather section in fourm games
• Some other stuff that I haven't thought of yet

Edited slightly, shows some uses. Needs more work. And also most suggestions are unnecessary, just something to make mineverse easier and more fun.
