[Skyblock] Heads Disappear?

Ok on mineverse skyblock I managed to get hold of a head in the server. I placed it down and it Disappeared . I am Confused can anyone help me! Thankyou

how would you manage to get hold of a head on skyblock PvP is disabled? did you glitch it out of /friends or /staff? if you did they disappear coz it isn't a real item just a bug
