While I love your timezone, activity here and longevity with the server it worries me how you conduct yourself with other members of the community. Opinions are great, we all have them but they are sometimes best left unsaid. The children that chose to play here chose to support this server despite the inactivity of the administration and despite the lack of updates. That takes dedication and loyalty and should be respected.

Your job as a moderator is to make sure these kids have a fun and safe experience playing on our server while upholding the rules and offering help when needed. Yes we ban hackers but that is just one part of the job. Our main focus is to help ensure these kids have an enjoyable experience here. We do that by showing respect, being kind and offering assistance whenever needed.

Think of this place as a store and these members as our customers. They pay money for services here and without their donations we wouldn't have a server. That's the fact. These kids are the only reason this server is up and running. Respect is the minimum. We serve these members. That is something that some applicants never seem to figure out. We are servants to these paying customers, even the disrespectful and "annoying" ones. That is the job. So if you are applying for any other reason other than to serve these kids, you are applying for the wrong reasons.

That being said I have a couple questions for you:

• Do you consider yourself a patient person and could you explain how you show patience to others?
• Can you remain calm, kind and respectful even in the face of hate, harassment and disrespect?

 

Patience is the key to being successful in life. Without it, you'll get nowhere as you'll just expect everything handed to you. Though, I may not be able to explain exactly how I am patient, I expect to show you through communication and being thorough in my time of volunteerance.

The way I see it; Is I am serving a bunch of little me's- disrespectful, bashing, and outright angry people. Though I have changed how I view the world, and those on it, I still know how to handle everything under pressure without flaring back, just because It was all me once. You see where I'm getting? It's easier to react, when you were once in their shoes.
Yes, I will remain calm, kind and respectful, under hate, harassment and disrespect.

I am offering volunteerance unto this server, not for myself, but for the stability and to maintain the server by keeping players in a safe and playable environment everyone can enjoy.

 

Support; you seem fine. If you're not then like fifty people will just report you, so it's not like anything could go wrong.
