This app is really well done. There's a lot of effort put into this app as well. The only thing I am worried about is the reason why you resigned and re-applying months later.

As for the resignation, even though it's been only a few months I feel like I have matured from the child I was back then. I also didn't really have a clear perspective on commitment but I feel like now I do.

 

After getting to know you more and more within the past two or three weeks, I can now truly say that you are a genuinely nice and helpful person. I was skeptical some weeks ago about you and reapplying, because I didn't feel like you wanted this position, only that you were applying for the rank and not the commitment, but you have proved that you're actually in it for the server, and not only yourself. Respect.

You have my support.

Firstly I want to mention how nicely your application is formatted! I love the colours and the style: it's easy on the eye and definitely stand out. Great work! Whilt your application's formatting won't affect my support, it's content and how well it is written definitely will. Your application is detailed, written nicely and has minimal spelling, punctuation and grammar errors. It's quite clear the time you spent ensuring your application was of the best standard. Also I have noticed you are extremely active on forums: a massive plus! Finally, your in game activity. I must admit I am barely in game but I will take it from the numerous amounts of people that you are active in game. On forums it is also worth mentioning you come across and kind, friendly and willing to help: qualities I think all moderators should have.

-hard to read
-unorganized
-ego is too big
-unprofessional look to the application overall.
also try to stop calling people the N word in chat and on top of that telling them to commit suicide and then maybe people will start liking you.
