I was on your creative server and someone gave me a herobrine book. I had gotten one before so I knew it would kill me. So I tried to move it out of my hotbar but it just killed me anyway and never moved. so I was killed and went to the title screen...thinking it would fix the problem like it did before. It didn't work because my mouse is still scrolled over it in my inventory. {which this means every time I go on the server I automatically die anyway) So, I waited a day thinking maybe that would work. It didn't. So I went to the forums and looked at other peoples comments on the same book or type of thing.(like the diamond of death) and Mods said to get minechat...I did and it says I don't have access to the command /ci. Could someone please help me?

I figured out the Minechat& I cleared my inventory and it still didn't work. I then tried to use my mouse and set the Hot bar slot to one of the keys on my mouse and it moved to a different slot but it still kills me. Please help ):
