I bought premium rank never recived it

I bought this july 24 and now its july 31 I want my rank even though its 5 dollars I want it NOW

they do nothing but ask the owners but the owners are never on

 

The Owners Probably Are Lazy To Come On, Or Have Lots To Do So Be Patient

If they haven't replied to your email in a few days, just simply bump the email by politely replying to it.

 

GazorBeam, you can do a few things.
-If you ever see either of the owners, talk to them about it.
-Contact a staff member, prefferably the Head of Staff.
-Email [email protected] about your issue
-On forums (as in here), go to the "Forums", go to "Help", under "Help" go to "Donor & Donation Issues", explain what your problem is.

 

Might be a glitch in the buycraft. I know it does take a while when you purchase the rank and you get it but in this case it might be a glicth or go the Support Email.
