Question time

Okay I understand what I did was wrong but I have been 2 times foe hacking and the other 2 weren't right and I camt get unbanned altho there are people on mineverse that have been banned 5-8 times thats just bs, so what the fellow mineversers think about this (I know most of you hate me for some reason some may be because I killed or something but comeon think about what would you think if it happened to you)

 

I think if you didn't learn your lesson the first or second time, then you shouldn't be able to keep playing. Seems like you lost everyones trust.

 

That is true but many other players have had multiple chances and I get 2 kind of funny aint it

 

It really depends on the severity of the broken rule. For example, flying in game modes like parkour or kit pvp is a lot more severe than swearing once or twice in chat. Two is really the max if it involves hacks that are really unfair to the gameplay.

 

I got banned for my first affiance and am still banned but I am waiting and being obedient

We usually give people 2 chances when it comes to hacking.

1. Ban 50% chance of appeal
2. 10% chance

Then you have practically no chance of appeal.

You however have done much more than just hacking on these servers. We reward honesty, and if you would have just been honest with some things you would have been unbanned by now.

We treat all player's fairly and to the same standard, and you are no exception to this rule.

 

tell me how i was not honest i told them i hacked and i told them i was sorry and i wont do it again and they be rude to me calling me tjenkins when im not i have proof that im not altho they dont even care they like to think what they think and they wont take no for an answer. also the mods do not treat everyone fairly they unban there friends faster they ban people faster for there friends its like any server you cannot escape it

i did it because i wasnt thinking at the time i have gotten rid of everything and im about to start making youtube series but i have to do it when i get back from my job on the 7th

Progamer, you got banned for hacking, which you shouldn't have done anyways.
In the terms and conditions of donations there is a little part that says

"All sales are final and non refundable, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/forums and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. "

Which pretty much means that if you are banned you will not receive a refund, as you agreed to our rules and are not exempt of them.
