No support, reasons have been stated. Just to help you out, you might want to take off your skype account name from this application. Also, you might want to fix some of the issues in between your application. (e.g. Underlining both the question and the answer, [Recording]) To add, you might want to only have a color scheme of two colors. Not a flurry of colors. You need to elaborate on why you think you should become a Moderator. You say you have the needed qualities to keep the server friendly and fair? What qualities? How can your personal qualities benefit the community?
This pretty much sums it up for me. Your bans are also mostly relevant to you either hacking or hacking in items/enchants, which you knew was wrong (don't even deny it).
