Inactive Issues Connecting to kitpvp/2

I am Have trouble connecting to kitpvp as anytime I try to join it says that I am already connected to the server. This started when I was typing to fast in chat and got kicked for spam. Now anytime I try to join kitpvp or kitpvp2 it says "Already connecting to this server!" Help?

 

you could possibly been banned that what it says sometimes sorry :/
