No, it wouldn't be punishable, if that's what you're asking. I used to average 10-13 reports a day way back, didn't get punished for that (as long as you're not fooling around and posting 15 lack of evidence ones).

- Not being active within the forums community
- Not doing reports actively
- Asking people to "hit the button" (support rating) after they support comes across as a little bit immature and "needy"
- In case you haven't noticed, you can actually reply to two people/posts at once. Don't make another post just to reply to another one. This is what you did (see below)

Shows either that you want to post just for the sake of posting or that you're inexperienced on forums.
- You say that you can play for 2 hours to 4 hours (different days) AT MINIMUM. Don't make me burst out laughing. No Moderator nowadays gets on that long per day, with maybe an exception with new Moderators. Honestly, it's better to just say "45 minutes", and actually commit to 45 minutes.
- "when Linux was tired and not focused" we don't need to know. Just state it's a false ban and everything is settled.
- You got a lot of commands wrong (Mods don't get them). Some commands Moderators get are:
/god
/fly
/tempmute
/tempban
/kick
/warn
(also for banning, you can just do: /tempban PooP 31d Hacking. #appeal
