Jutifie Rank Issue

Hello, My friend recently brought his rank and cannot get it on kitpvp2 thats the only gamemode is not working on and it works on kitpvp and doesnt work on kitpvp2?? can someone fix this for him!?

 

Ask him to email [email protected] and include those screenshots. Explain the issue and within 5-7 days it should be resolved. If not, you can tell him to bump his email by replying to it.

 

I dont think he wants to wait 1 week for the rank he bought.

 

It's true, but that's the only way. I had a reply in 4 days, but the general consensus is wait 1 week.

They dont even reply, i've emailed them like 10 weeks ago and no reply lol, on a different topic of course.

I just check in game and it looks like this issue was fixed.
just in case I resent the purchase package as well.
