Support, tbh you deserve the position. You've been a member on Mineverse for a very long time, and you've seen how players act and how to handle them. I feel like your demotion was unneeded as well, and everybody deserves a second chance to prove themselves. I almost considered reapplying a few months ago before the realization of how biased the staff team was and the idiotic reason I got demoted, I felt as though it'd happen again. I feel like this is the problem for a lot of former staff members as well. Hopefully nothing bad happens to you if you get promoted.
