Has NoTxch's stealing, griefing and bullying gone to far?

So many players know that on skyblock there is one player. Whats so bad about that? Well this one player has been stealing dirt, griefing, and bullying skyblock players. After consulting him about it he replied to me with things along the lines of : So? It helps me.
Upon telling him it was illegal he said, so what? Blackmail?.
He gets players to trust him to an island and when they leave he griefs them.
A recent player, oSync, who on skyblock 1 provided money to poor players up to his whole fortune.
oSync's entire island was griefed, with over four stacks of dirt stolen. It has taken ages for him to repair just so NoTxch can be richer than others? Before his rampage his island had a 5x5 ish tree farm, an enchanting table and a mini farm. Now his island has a private sky island, waterfall, and more. Should NoTxch be banned?

 

Get evidence and after, report him.
But I agree with you, it's just too much.

 

This thread could've been completely avoided by simply getting evidence.
It doesn't matter on people's opinions if he should, or shouldn't be banned.
It he does something that goes against the rules, then there's no question about.
So congratulations.
