Added duel on OP PvP.

Type /duel [player] [Full, Half, FS] to request a duel
Type /duel accept [player] to accept duel request

Edit: Plugin temporarily disabled due to god mode bug and able to attack any players. The author of the plugin is aware and will be fixed asap.

 

Its broken.
