Sponser Rank not available in most servers?

So hello guys. As a few months ago I bought Sponser. Well not me but I paid someone to buy me it. The problem isn't that. The problem is that I'm not a Sponser in a few servers while I am a Sponser in some other servers. My IGN is BertAndErnie

The purchaser details used to make the donation.


If you don't hear back in 2 or 3 days, just resend the email.

 

Do I put the Transaction ID? Cause I didn't buy the rank myself. I paid someone 100 diamonds in the other crew's server skyblock,net to buy me sponser here as he have it.

 

As much information as possible the better. You can try to get in contact with that person, but you can't, give the username of the person that you made the trade with and explain it was for a sponsored rank.

 

I forgot the person name who I made the trade with D: it been like 6 months? I cant remember.

 

Just supply as much information that you can. I'm sure you and Cyp can figure it out.
