-Do more reports
-little grammatical errors
-Change the colors! Like a seperate color for the question and a different color for the answer.
-In my opinion, I honestly hate the emoji's and it makes your application look childish.

- There's quite a bit of unnecessary stuff in Backstory
- "GTA (I'm mineverse, of course!" EDIT: In (not I'm)
- "/ban AJSpieg troll in 2.7 seconds" I personally think it'd look more professional to just put a timing of like how many words/minute instead of... this. By the way Moderators don't get /ban
- "4-10 hours" I know you have a tight schedule that may change from time to time, but 4-10 hours is a big stretch. Are you able to reduce? Also, I don't think you will realistically be able to sit at the computer for 10 hours in a day, let alone 5 hours in total. I tried, and I failed. It was tiring mentally after moderating for very long.
- "Mine verse's" EDIT: Mineverse's
- You just hit 50 posts the other day, thanks for the honesty. Still feels like you only met the post count to apply.
- "I will get teamspeak if I am needed to." Best to, since there are stuff related to staff things that go on on there. But it's generally optional, so you won't get your app totally ignored because you don't have it right now.
- "for giving me hope and seeing the light to post this." A bit over-the-top. "Seeing the light to post this"... Urm...

No support. You were incredibly rude to me and @Jenny on discord and you were constantly asking people to support your app.

 

AJSpieg, you're active indeed, but I don't see your maturity. You can also be very annoying spamming the chat for attention or singing in the music channel for hours on hours even when people tell you not to.

Your application could need some more detail when it comes to why you think you should become a moderator. It is also difficult to read because it is all the same colour. Having a different font, colour or boldness on the questions and your text could improve it a lot. Don't use too many emojis either.

Also, remember to contribute to the server through reports, help, suggestions etc.

Even though you are my friend AJ, I cannot support you as of now. Not many reports, and most of them are just warnings. Try reporting hackers, or people that are breaking rules that are due to getting banned.
