Some colors are difficult to read. Such as the lighter than light blue and (light?) yellow. Perhaps you should stick to two basic colors for your application. One for the question and one for the answer. Less spacing would also make this application a bit more appealing to my eyes.

As for yourself Porky, I'll definitely support you. Plenty of reports, a mature attitude in-game and on the forums. However, I do suggest you get yourself mixed in a few conversations every so often on the forum and in-game. Besides that I'd be happy to see you as a moderator.

Before starting on my argument, I'd like to point out some items which has no influence in my decision. First of all, there are too many unnecessary colors in your application. When adding lighter colors, it can be hard for users to read the message. Second of all, there are too many gaps. These gaps make your application look bigger and giving a look of 'detail', in my opinion. Suggest removing the gaps to show a good length of the actual application.

Hello, I am Porky, but some of you may know me as Matthew or Matt. I have played Mineverse since 2014, and decided it is time to apply for Moderator. I joined Forums on 30th January 2016 and I hope this application will lead me to promotion. I play the following gamemodes: KitPvP2, Skyblock, Infection, OPPvP, OPPrison occasionally, and sometimes Parkour and Skywars. I also used to play the the OPPrison when it was open. The reason I have applied here today is because of my love to Mineverse and all the members. I hope you like my application.

I mainly speak English, but I can speak quite a bit of Swedish, and some French.


Do You Have The Necessary Means of Capturing Evidence?
Yes, I use f2 and could use Gyazo for capturing screenshots, and I use bandicam for video evidence such as catching hackers.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

Reports:
Every day, I produce approximately 10+ reports a day, mostly on hackers and profanity, and I use valid evidence almost all the time, making me good at spotting offences. If I would push hard on reports in a day, I could produce 15 - 25 reports.

Persistent:

If there is a problem as such, I will do my very best to fix it, for example, if there was a hacker, I would keep trying to contain valid evidence of them hacking, until I succeed. Or, if there was a problem concerning a player among the community that needed help, I would keep trying to help them.

Helpful:
If there was a problem among the community, as explained above, I would do my best to help and solve their problem. For example, if a player wanted to know a command to do a certain thing, I'll use my experience to tell them what the command is or how to solve the problem.

Dedicated:
If I was to become a Moderator, which I highly doubt, I would put a lot of effort into the community, and not just stop trying at any random point.

Active:
Almost every day, I come on to the server to make reports, or to simply just play and talk to others. I stay on for a fair while depending on whether I'm on holiday, or if it's the weekend, or I'm simply just chilling.

Mature:
I always keep around the subject of a topic, and don't argue about other's opinions. I barely have a laugh with people unless I know them and I know it is the time.

Experienced

I have played on Mineverse for almost 3 years, and I have learnt a lot in that time. I also know a lot about signs if somebody is hacking e.g. somebody running while using their bow.

Monday: 2-3 hours.
Tuesday: 2-5 hours.
Wednesday: 1-2 hours.
Thursday: 3-6 hours.
Friday: 3-5 hours.
Saturday: 4-8 hours
Sunday: 3-7 hours.

This may vary if clubs are cancelled or if I am on holiday.

Sorry if these ratings aren't up to date, I'll try and update them as much as possible.

Anyway, let's get on to my decision and it's factors.

You've been starting to report a bit now, and I thank you for your work. But, it is not necessary to report player who end up getting warned, in my opinion and other moderator's opinion. Maybe limit yourself to reporting warnabale offenses such as filter bypass.

You are very active. Although I do not see you often, this could be reason to your timezone. But, I used to see you all the time before. Is there a reason to me seeing you more often before?

Finally, I'd like to ask you two questions.
1. If you were a moderator, how will you get motivated to come back over and over after maybe rough talks in-game or irl?
2. How will you prepare yourself for the new task to come if you become a moderator? How will you manage time to handle these task?
