Right, here's the deal I have contacted Mineverse support many times through email and still haven't got my rank. I bought skygod on SkyWars.com before it joined MineVerse. Now it has joined mineverse I have my elite rank on skywars but nothing else. Which doesn't make sense because ranks on MineVerse are global. I would love the rank globally to encourage me to play more as I spent quite a lot on becoming the highest rank on skywars.com.
