So I noticed that many bans have been happening across mineverse and some of them are when the staff are on. So when they ban people in the game not through a report they should have to /freeze them unless they are blatantly hacking and they recorded them, but if they are not hacking obviously you should have to /freeze them. Command Usage /Freeze (player) /Unfreeze (player)
I like this idea; But I dont think any of the staff know how to ss on this server. For example: If someone is using something like "Vape" I dont think any of the staff even Cypriot or Noobcrew know how to screenshare. Maybe we should have a "Screenshare team" or something like that for people that are experienced with screenshares and know how to do them. Neutral for now.
Yea support I think this is very accurate and smart. Because you can interrogate them and kinda give them a scare to like admit that they're hacking. Especially the new players who don't sign up in forums or will not look at this forum because they go to the future. I support!
no support. First of all, kids who are young here will freak out, and may disconnect. banned for just freaking out and quitting? I believe some hacks have a self destruct option where it turns it off, and removes the files. Everything. I have no idea tho but if this is something that is going around then there's no point Too much effort in my opinion. If people really hate the hacker, report them. Young children or people who do not speak English may not understand or know what to do The cons outweigh the pros from my perspective.
This is actually a good idea, but yes I do agree that some of the higher staff would first have to learn how to screen share someone. So maybe there could be someone to train them to help. About the kids logging off if they're freaked out then that is their fault. The chat would say "Do not log off or you will be banned" So I support this and was thinking about suggesting it
I'm gonna be honest here, i'm NOT good at screensharing, I don't know if some of the other moderators are good at it, but I feel like the mods on Mineverse are not good at screensharing (Maybe some :p) But it's a No Support from me, sorry!
No support. Reasons? I don't think staff here have experience in screensharing. People might just log out, when they aren't hacking. Some/Most people dislike the idea. It might just be a waste to time to even screenshare the person, rather than gathering more evidence. Yes, it will give them a scare, as someone has said, but they might not come back on and play because they are afraid to get frozen every hour or so. On the bright side, I like the idea.

I thought that was Panic, or are they the same? I hack on other servers (not popular ones) and I use Panic whenever people say they're going to record Many people use self-destruct or panic because not all people hack to get banned. Some want to get away with it
I agree on the removal of files. Players could just remove the files and act like they didn't do anything, and there is nothing the staff can do to it.
