Please include: Your ingame name: DogsBark The offender's exact ingame name: Kayn0 A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They said in chat to say 123 for someone's IP Address. They then proceeded to tell people how to DOS someone and then told the chat to DOS them. I'm not sure if the IP is true or not because I never said 123.
