    If you have emailed bump the Email. but if it has only been recently im sorry but the only way you will get the rank there is if you bump your email and if you just wait.

    Well, I would bump the email each 3 days, as Cypriot mentioned in his automatic reply that it would take up to 3 days, but he gets spammed through the 3 days so keep bumping. (Remember that you should have posted a screenshot of your rank on other servers)
