That doesn't matter. It's an article which means Mojang has announced it but it doesn't mean it has to be on their Website

 

These sorts of things I rarely trust. But I have looked into it and it's true actually.
The only peroblem they have is that people are making money.

 

However. Rumors can be started and can lead to drama.

 

Notch said on twitter that shutting down of the servers are suggestion of one of their employees and Notch is planning to change the EULA but it is not changed atm.

No. It's in their EULA. It's very clear, and it very common sense that you cannot sell someone else's work for your profit. This is only a big issue now, because it has become people's jobs to make servers, and charge money for items that are already included in a game. It's selling mojang's property that they created and have rights to. Arguing against that is pointless. If you like a server, they have no issue with you donating. Only with the servers selling items for actual money. So no, it won't ruin good servers. Because if people actually like them, they will make sure to donate and keep them alive. Even without benefits.

No need to worry about Mineverse everyone. It's not shutting down if you don't want it to.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is just a suggestion right? Mojang isn't exactly sure if they're gonna take down the servers that make a profit? It has to be a suggestion. Unless they want to risk losing this many people...

 

D; mom any doesnt relize what They are doing to their game...no one really plays on single player and all the players that do play MC are ussualy on mc servers that have donor ranks and stuff like that...if they take that away they take away their own game
