In the video you can see a friend is trying to hit him. A lot of people seem to be using this hack nowadays. It's a new method. You hit someone and they fly. I have reported for it in the past. In the video you do not see him flying. However, you do see someone hit him. And from that location up to the roof is impossible under any circumstances. Do not try the ''not enough evidence'' bs.
