IGN/Team Name: jasmine476 Map Name: Marketplace Gamemode for Map: Infection Description of Map: Welcome to MARKETPLACE! This is my first infection map. It is not built on creative like most of the others. Instead, it has been built on a singleplayer world. I decided to do it this way because I was told that map submissions could be sent this way, and because I get unlimited worldedit. This map has you spawn in the middle of a crosswalk in a big city. The center attraction of this map is the marketplace. Every single building on the sides has a way to get in, and some sort of hiding spot. I will state this later, but there are ZERO completely overpowered spots. Instead, there are quite a few different hiding spots with almost equal chance of winning from most of them. With almost no spots for one player to get all the kills in a game, this map has you cooperate. Some spots require 2, 3, and even 4 people to make a spot fullproof. For this reason, humans could always be on the run, constantly looking for new hiding spots. All spots that require a bit of running and/or jumping to get to have multiple ways to get there, and all easy to reach spots have only one way to get there. I decided to do this to make the players strategically plan their moves. I'm sure it will take quite some time before players all run to one area in this map. Each building has a different style for decoration, even though the styles may look similar. All the market stalls have a different pattern for the roofs and a different decoration pattern. All 2nd floors and most hiding spots were not included in the screenshots, so that if this map does get accepted, all players can plan their spots carefully. To add, there are NO ways in this map to block glitch to an un-accessible area. To finish it off, all locations that look like they could provide a major advantage are blocked off with barriers to prevent this map from being unfair. Added a little secret. 1.4: Added video. 1.5: Completely changed the way to get into the creepy guy's basement (request). 1.5.1: Creepy guy's basement now has multiple ways to get in. 1.5.2: Fountain got a remake. 1.5.3: The fountain's platform got a decoration redo. 1.5.4: Removed redstone secret. This map now has no functioning redstone circuits. 1.5.5: Got yourself sent to jail? Have some entertainment (joke addition) 1.6: Sewer added. 1.6.1: Yet another minor change. TNT was removed from the top of the bank. 1.6.2: Did something small to the sewer. Does not change gameplay.

I will create a video of this map, is that good enough? Thanks for the support :D Here's one thing I've noticed ALOT in mineverse infection maps. It's that players always head toward one or two spots to get easy snipes. This map focuses on hiding. Sure there are some good snipe spots, but they have multiple ways up. I've balanced all my hiding spots to avoid that kind of situation. (Also, all hiding spots that have ladders have multiple ladder paths or an open drop so you don't have humans waiting at the bottom of a ladder to snipe someone off. That being said, there are many hiding spots in the map, and for the most part, are all equally powerful. This will cause the humans to have to do some exploring to get to know the map, and zombies having to do some hunting around the map to find the spots the humans run off to. *Stay tooned!
