I believe that to many incorrect bans happen so I propose a change in the way people are banned.

      Mod court

Two mods have to confirm a ban
This will be done by one mod writing something like

      Accuse
      Then the next mod says
      Second

This exscludes head mod, owner, etc.

Doing a variation of this will stop corrupt mods that some how get in to the ranks of mineverse from banning who ever they want.

You can't just exclude the Head-Moderators. They should be allowed to comment on reports also.

I agree with the second moderators confirmation if it's against the rules or not.

Eh, neutral. Don't exclude the Head-Moderators. I like the idea of the 2 moderators confirming it though.

I think he means head mods + don't have to look for conformation.

Neutral. It would be a bit more difficult to resolve reports if you were the only mod online.

Neutral. Maybe headmods and admins don't need a second moderator?

No support, this would just create unnecessary hassle when handling reports. Mods already ask other staff if they're uncertain on a report, and we always tag others to examine the evidence if a player appeals.

Well the system Mineverse has right now is moderators must have gathered valid evidence and saved it before banning a player. If a player who was banned makes an appeals and says it was an incorrect ban, other moderators are brought in to determine if the ban was valid/correct.

I think the system we have now is good as it allows people who have been wrongfully banned a good chance to appeal and be unbanned.

No support for this idea. But if you have any ideas that you think would be better then the one we have now, we'd love to hear it.

No Support, like Charisa said, some mods tag others if they are uncertain of a report. I've seen this in many of my reports.

No Support. This isn't needed. Most bans need to be quick and fast, for instance, hacking reports, so that the game can be cleansed of their filth.

      • Mods tag other Mods if they are not sure about something.
      • If any false bans occur you should be able to successfully appeal.

Ban first, then seeking affirmation to validate the ban would make more sense.

No support. If a mod is unsure about a ban, they either deny it or ask other mods for their opinion.
