Please have a competent Moderator carefully look through this video attentively. This is a very delicate situation being about a $100 rank player.

I understand that it is only economically reasonable to not ban players who have donated large sums of money to you. Banning them makes them more likely to chargeback, not upgrade their rank, and be negative about the server in all ways they can.
