Tehbeatles (Korra1's) Moderator Application Introduction Hello, my name is Tehbeatles also known as (Korra1). Get ready for a lot of colors because I am a very colourful person. If the colors make it hard for you to read my application please dont hesitate to tell me. I have been on Mineverse for almost three years now, and i have enjoyed every single minutte of it. Enough talk, lets get into it. How old are you? I am currently 15 years old. Your in-game name: Tehbeatles also known as (Korra1) What timezone are you in? Eastern Standard Time What country do you live in? United States Of America (USA) What languages do you speak? Currently i only speak English. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? Yes. I use the built in video settings for Minecraft on windows 10. And i am able to do screen shots. Why do you think you should be mod? I think I should be a Moderator for the following reasons that will be stated below. Respectful With me you have to earn my respect. I dont just hand it out to anyone. If I dont get respect you wont receive my respect, but I am very easy to get a long with, unless you give me other reasons not to be. Responsible I am very responsible. Give me a task and i'll be sure to get it done. If any mistakes are made by me you best beleive I will take all and full responsibility for my actions. Helpful I can be very helpful. If someone asks a question I answer it even if it's directed to a Moderator. I know all the rules, and im on a lot so if any one has a question I can be there to answer it. Experienced I am very experienced. I have had this job before many times. I will be able to resolve most conflicts going on in-game such as (arguements,hackers,tp-trapping,etc). If I am promoted there wont be that much training/etc that will need to take place due to the fact that I have had this position before and know how to handle things. Mature Over the past 2 1/2 years i have been playing Mineverse I have grown to become very mature. When I first started playing I was this little 13 year old kid who wasn't very mature. But I assure you I have become more mature than I was back then. Any one that knew me back then could tell you how immature I was and how far I have come to be more mature. Active I am very active. Any one that knows me can tell you how active I am. for those of you who may not know me and havn't seen me in-game it is probably because the main things I play is OP PvP, Kit PvP2 (every now and then), Op Factions,Sky Block (when im needed) and thats it. I may not be very active on forums because when I run Minecraft and google at the same time google becomes laggy. Most of the time when im on forums it's to report players and/or check Moderator Applications (etc). But rest to sure if I am promoted I will be on forums 24/7. Honesty I am sincerely honest, I will rebue the decision to tell a lie for someone else's gain to save another person. If questioned I shall answer the stated question with the uttermost possible truth. Furthermore, if someone is caught doing something they shouldn't have and try to deny it, I will be sure to have proff as back up. Commited I am 100% commited to being Moderator on Mineverse. I have put my heart and soul in this Moderator Application and would do anything to fulfill my dream of becoming a Moderator on Mineverse. If promoted I shall do my job as told, and will not do otherwise unless told to do so. I have pulled back from doing this Application because of my low self-esteem, but I finally got over it and decided to try and fulfill my dream. Good listener I am a very good listener. I will do as told and when told. I wont ask questions unless its absolutely necessary, as in (I fell like its a trick,something else is going on, a Moderator has been hacked,etc) and if so I shall contact either noobcrew or cyp to make sure it's ok with them. In situations i'm very good. I can listen to both sides of the story and come up with a solution. Friendly I can be friendly with other players. I may crack jokes every now and then, but if that person takes it the wrong way I make sure to apoligize, and tell them it was a joke, and that it will never happen again. I'm not that hard to get along with unless given me a reason to be hard to get along with. Honestly it's your choice. Knowledge I have lot of knowledge about the server. I know all the rules, and how to answer peoples questions. Also I can direct them to where they need to go if needed to. Forgiving I can be very forgiving, but there are things i will not forgive a person for, and those things I dont feel confortable typing. If it's miner things like, staff disrespect, disrespect, cussing, being immature,etc im ok, and will eventually forgive you. May not be right away but it will soon happen. These are the reasons I beleive I should become a Moderator. Moving on.... How long can you be active on the server everyday? These are jusst estimated times due to other activites in the furture.) How long have you been playing Mineverse? I would like to say roughly 2 1/2 or 3 years. Have you ever been banned in the past? Sadly, and it breaks my heart to say this, but yes I have been banned before in the past. When I was that little immature 13 year old who thought he could do what ever he wanted to without consequences. Do you have any experince/past experince as a Moderator? Yes. I am currently an Admin on a server, and once was a co-owner of a server, and was Trial- Helper/Helper on other developing servers aswell as Moderator. Requirements Do you have 50 post count? Yes. Do you Two Fctor Authentication set up? Yes. Have you had two weeks registered on the Mineverse forums? Yes. Do you have Skype and Teamspeak 3 for offline communication? Yes. It took a lot of courage for me to make one because of my low self-esteem, but like I said I got over it, and decided to follow one of my biggest dreams! No support. You are very immature in-game. Do more reports. You always assume that I think everyone hacks. You always go against me. You try and defend basically everyone i have banned even though you have no proof that they should not have been banned. I believe you will become a bias mod. If your helpful then why have i never seen you help anyone? Can you tell me the names of the servers that you are admin/co owner on?
If you search up my name you will see that I have done 6 reports today on hackers, and I report hackers three or more times a day. Also no I can not for advertising is against the rules, you should know that, and I help people when I see them ask questions, And me being a bias mod is your opinion and I respect that but no I wouldn't. So when I first met you, I thought of you are a very nice and friendly person but then I got to see a bit of your true colours. You were very immature and you got into multiple arguments with players for silly reasons. During one of these arguments you also by-passed the filter which is against the rules. It appears that you do not have very good knowledge of our rules and how a good moderator should behave. I suggest taking some time to learn our rules and become a bit more mature.
I assure you i know the rules. The reason i was like that was because there was 5+ hackers on and i was trying to record them but couldnt due to that player. Thanks for your feedback. No support. As @WIildeBob said, try and say which servers you are / were a member of staff on so people know the size of the servers and their popularity (so they know if you are experienced with large amounts of players). I've never seen you in game before or doing reports. @Auzzi showed some evidence that kind of discouraged me further to support you. As a moderator, you are supposed to enforce the rules, not break them, as I have said before. I've never heard of you or seen you much on the forums, except for a few application replies. @Auzzi 's post also showed that you were rather impatient, as you said that 5+ hackers were on but one player kept killing you. Either calmly message them saying that you are trying to record a hacker, remember the username and try again after their killed, or anything else that would not result in a rule-break.
