ok so when you're forum banned all you get is a screen saying you are banned and when that ban will be revoked. what's kind of unreasonable is that mods expect you to appeal with the reason why you were banned when you can't even access your inbox to find out said reason. allow us to check our inbox so we know why we're banned please. you cannot demand that we supply an appeal when we don't even know what we're arguing for.
Checking the inbox would be impossible but I agree a ban message showing the reason you were banned would be amazing. Although I've never seen that with the current warning system offered by xenforo. Perhaps there is a addon available?
I don't even know how much I support. Not only on this server, but on another I'm banned on for a month. I made an alt account to appeal but it turns out alts aren't allowed, and I tried to contact a staff member. I still don't know why I exactly got banned, and I never recall breaking the rules. sigh Support.
lol. Well, however he did that, us mods don't have a way to costumize the ban message received so it automatically says "rules violation". If we had the ability to do what Cyp did for your ban, that'd be great. Anyways, I support an addition for a way users can see why they were banned.
If Cyp can customise or change the ban reason other than "Rules Violations", shouldn't moderators be able to do that as well or is it only owners that can do it??
