He is saying we should get the SilkSpawners plugin. It's a great option but I think it should be limited to Titans and maybe God's as it's a neat and should be for donors only, While Noobcrew/Cypriot need more perks for Titan this might be a Good one and this should be on Prison/Factions/ and maybe Skygrid. Overall I like the idea and think this would be useful so I support this in what I suggested.
