I Believe when Cyp woke up too late his record log wiped out the top voters and he randomly came up with a plan to give other people ranks except the top voters which is why i think this vote isn't fair anymore and rather unfair and I think Cyp uses unpractical methods to give ranks.I believed he should have asked staff members for vote results instead of relying on his own methods. Also on 1 day , no 1 could vote as vote was down so this is why most top voters only have 28-29 votes instead of 30-31 votes. so this is why i belive vote is Unfair for the people in the actually got top voter including me as well . So , i prefer if Cyp conducts an investigation and corrects the votes to give the ranks correctly to the people who won fairly
