I have also been seeing a lot of people breaking rules,and never is there a mod online that much.However,I enjoy this server,and I go on it everyday. Just so you know, mentioning you are a VIP doesn't help your chances. We see it as you trying to bribe us. Anyways, try using this template How old are you? Your in-game name: What timezone are you in? What country do you live in? What languages do you speak? Why do you think you should become a mod? How long can you be active on the server everyday? How long have you been playing Mineverse? Do you have any past experience as a moderator?

Well you can add that to your application but it wont really do anything since the Owners arent looking for that.
